These cortical models took between 2-6 days to print. The grey hemisphere is life-sized and printing in ‘concrete’ PLA. The blue and red brains are around 20% of the size of a real brain. They were processed from T1-weighted MRI scans (NifTI format) using Freesurfer, then converted to .stl format for printing.
