Clothing Hangers and Dividers

Very useful additions to my closet. The dividers help organise or separate clothing sections, and the multi hangers save a lot of space.

Hanger Dividers were designed by Todd Lowe. He kindly provides the design files free on the Thingiverse. All dividers were printed in grey PLA at 0.2mm layer height. Each took 14g of material (35 cents worth of plastic) and took 1 hour to print. Each divider is 87mm wide x 170 tall x 1.6 thick. PLA is actually quite flexible at this thickness, so it can easily bend on and off the metal clothes rod.

The Spaghetti Hangers were designed by Joe Blow. They were printed in grey, green or black PLA. Each took 39g of material (70 cents worth of plastic) and took 2.5 hours to print at 0.2mm layer height. 160mm x 200 x 4. When I’m slicing the model for printing, the scaling feature in Cura allows me to easily change the dimensions to suit the particular clothing or closet.
